aku pakai menda ni.
aku rasa setiap modem ni, syarikat P1 tu dah setkan IP la.so, bukan shared kot

sebab lepas seminggu aku beli menda ni, sedara aku beli gak, tapi IP dia lain…

lagi 1, rapidshare boleh guna la..celcom x lepas la kalau guna rs yang free user

sy punya mslh adalah kekadang connection die pndi limited.hemperr giler..lagi kelakar perangai p1 ne tpt sy.gantung dekat tingkap masuk plastik hitam tak dapat line,masuk kotak yang telah di bentuk cntik2 lagi x dapat line.last skali sy guna plastik putih besar baru dapat line.kelakar gilerr laa.dan lagi satu,pada pndpt saudara sekalian modem p1 ne berapa hari je boleh kita ‘on’.tq.

tapi mase bawak gie rumah kakak aku..
hampeh..tak lekat langsung..
puas la aku ngan kakak aku cari signal..
da macam “seekers”..

Aku pakai P1 Jan 2009.Bln 1-3 ok,kadang2 kuning gak..masok bln 4 byk kuning dari hijau.bln 5 sampai sekarang byk merah dari kuning.aku dok tkt 10,lebih kurang 200mtr dari base station.sampai sekarang lebih 18 kali aku cal customer support,mcm2 dah aku buat,makin teruk signal ader ler,baru ler budak teknikal dtg umah.dengan bangganyer budak tu tunjuk pro nak t/shooting pc ngam wimax tapi hampeh tak berjaya.mcm2 dibuat masih same jee….aku mintak level 2 cal aku,sampai sekarang tak pernah cal.dlm telco 1st level turun t/shoot,kalu tak ok gak 2nd level akan takeover kes nie……
nasib baik psl wimax aku ader study jugak,kalau tak cam budak bodoh dibuatnyer.so….prepaid dah byk abis kena telan wak cal P1,bulanan rm99 kena byr.cukup bulan nie aku ingat nak tutup wimax…..hati senang tak sakit.pada kawan2 yg nak pakai wimax fikir2 dulu sebelum sign..
15 hari pertama cantik….masuk bulan 2 line makin teruk…makan duit tol P1,ader 1 hari aku cuti,pergi kat P1 Jln Templer,PJ nak komplen.aku tengok ramai yg datang bawak modem nak terminate.tunggu dekat 2 jam….servis hampeh.

P1 Wimax ni hampeh aku dah 4 bln pakai bulan pertama dan bulan kedua ok memang ok takde prob memang superb masuk bulan ketiga sampai sekarang macam hampeh

WIMAX ni ok gak, saya dah guna 2 bulan tempat yang takde coverage dalam website diorg tapi dlm realiti coverage ada. pengalaman guna oleh kerana downlinknya laju maka perlu untuk kita empty cache..pada komputer kita dan oleh kerana ia wireless sama seperti jaring.. yang menggunakan penerimaan data secara oven wireless kadang-kadang terputus… ini kerana pelangaran gelombang, tapi yang pentingnya ia mudah dibawa di sekitar lembah klang, perak dan pulau pinang setakat ni yang aku tahu… dan akan berkembang.. serta kemampuannya untuk upload dengan pantas.. ini kerana setiap data yang kita download pada masa yang sama kita upload maklumat ip komputer kita ke server download… so setakat ni ok dan belum jumpa apa-apa lagi masalah.

had subscribe and using Wimax for 2 months. When i first try out the 15 days free trial period, the speed is reasonable and can’t complaint anything cause the entry level home user package much cheaper than maxis broadband.

However, after the 3-4 week, my nightmare comes.

For the past 3 weeks i hardly could connect to the internet.
I had call more than 15-18 times to cry for support but so far non of the customer service and support engineer can really solve my problem.

I was given tons of excuses such as and pointing me to the wrong direction.

When i subscibe the package, then check my coverage and says everything it’s fine. But now when i got problem, they tell me mayb your base station is not strong and change the other side pointing to another base station. So i told the customer service that, first my modem is on green light and nothing to do with based station, seocndsly if i follow his advise, means i have to set behind my kitchen to connect to the direction he mention. Well, that doesn’t make sense for me to get WIMAX, right?

The is another csutomer service say call me back for support but never, when i call them up 2 days later, their excuses to me is that customer service is on leave lar, so no one free to follow your case.

Got another funny convrsation is, the custoerm serice say my acount is terminated, maybe that’s why i cant connect to internet. i told the custoemr service i got all the payment confirmation that there is noithing worng with my payment but he say nothing much he can do.

For those who want to get WIMAX, hope you get more opinions from exisitng users b4 jump ship.

As for me, maybe i’m the lucky one but honestly, their support is HORRIBLE and signal consistency is not there. In the end, what i pay for is to get more frustration.

If P1 is not ready for WIMAX, pls solve all your technical issues and upgrade your customer service level before launching it. IT’s a disgrace!!!
