Today my blog is officially a Do Follow blog..Actually before this (before my blog ALIVE back) i have turn my blog to a Do Follow blog, but somehow i forget the steps how to turn a No Follow blog to a Do Follow blog..For your information , a Do Follow blog is a benefit to everybody that commenting on my blog because if the commentor have their own blog wether it is a free blog or an own domain blog they will have a backlink to their blog after leaving a comment and a url within.Therefore , this will help their blog ranking increase..So start commenting on Do Follow blog and get the benefits.Here are the steps :
- Login to your Cpanel and click File Manager or Login to your FTP account
- Click the public HTML folder or www
- Click on wp-includes
- The first change is you must edit at the default-filters.php file by finding add_filter (‘pre_comment_content’,'wp_rel_nofollow’,15) and delete it , then save the file.
- The second change is at the comment-template.php file and find nofollow or rel=’external nofollow’ and delete it and dont forget to save it.
I hope everyone that comment on my blog will be happy after i give them a backlink each from their comment
